It was a disappointing stay for us. 2 years back when we had stayed here it was very good. The upkeep and maintenance has been poor over this period as we experienced. The ac was not working in the first room and we had to change. While the room size was big the furniture and the amenities were lackluster and the breakfast was delayed. Definitely not value for money. The place was deserted being mid week. The staff were helpful but couldn't do much about the general apathy of the property.

Our stay at **Paramount Riverfront Resort & Spa** was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a peaceful atmosphere. The resort is surrounded by nature — calm river views, lush greenery, and beautifully maintained gardens that make you feel instantly relaxed. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We loved waking up to the sound of birds and enjoying our morning tea by the riverside. Every corner of the resort is picture-perfect — ideal for quiet walks, family time, and capturing beautiful memories. A very **special thanks to Chef Narendra Bisht**, who made our stay truly unforgettable. He personally checked on us during every meal and prepared some of the **best Chinese food we’ve ever had!** Every dish was perfectly balanced in flavor, beautifully presented, and made with so much care. Chef Bisht’s kindness and hospitality added a very personal touch — we’re so grateful for his warmth and dedication. We left with full hearts (and full stomachs 😊). Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a peaceful break with amazing food and genuinely caring staff.

The property is associated with a lobby of scammerd who run ads on google and then block your numbers after you pay some advance for booking. Moreover, the front desk staff is very very rude especially Sagar who's very abusive and uses absurd tune to speak with customers. The rooms doesn't have any ammenity as listed in any OTA and are poorly managed with shaddy bed sheets and AC dr Aining all time. Additionally, the maintenance overall the property sucks and smells all around. The F&E Team is awesome though with curtosy and politeness besides serving very well and that same goes to the staff around pool.
