We booked this as it was convenient for our works night out, when we arrived check in was simple and quick, very friendly staff. In our room we had a little gift from the team to start our night, thank you Brian and Lisa!

Great location for us attending a party, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Hotel needs a refurb, it’s generally a bit shabby but was clean, beds comfy as usually found in a premier inn. The bathroom floor was stained and the bathroom in general smelled awful - despite the fact it had been cleaned. Would I come here again - yes especially because of the fabulous friendly staff - Special shout out to Sophie in the restaurant who was super helpful. Overall a great stay thank you.

The booking was for a family of 4 but only 3 beds in the room, staff sorted it promptly and left an apology gesture that was thought & appreciated. The room was clean, we had all we needed for the night and the beds were comfy, Breakfast was much better than expected. All staff were really friendly and helpful, For the price paid for b&b im hugely impressed with the service and quality. Thank you. I’d stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

The room was lovely and clean, everything we needed was there ready for us. The main reason we are happy with the stay was the man who was at the desk upon our arrival after 3pm thursday, and saw us off sunday morning. He was the loveliest and chattiest person we could have wanted to greet us. Made us feel a lot better about being 400 miles away from home. Thank you so much!

The smell through the hotel was awful, either the air fresheners or cleaning fluids. Due to no ventilation had bad sleep because all I could taste is the smell. The bathroom was filthy and bedrooms carpets needed hovering. Worst Premier inn that we have stayed at.
