We were welcome with an unexpected $25.00 a day parking fee. That was the only way you can stay, by paying a valet. The guys were nice an attentive but that fee was a curve ball. You received an instruction sheet that tells you what can and can't do or how much xtra will it be. On our last day the front desk young lady was not very approachable (perhap she was having a bad day) But the breakfast server make the difference I got down, for breakfast at 10:20 just to nibble something quick before a long ride ahead, (after a night out,) and the lady hispanic server was so graceful to let me grab something quick, that to me is customer service, thank you ma'am.

We were not satisfied with paying for a balcony room, only to be given a room with a balcony that had a terrible view of an abandoned lot. Second negaive was the loose fruits in the breakfast we paid for were extremely rotten. The bacon was not good.

When we arrived we asked concierge where we can eat dinner after a 5 hour drive.
Concierge recommended a restaurant not nesrby. Parking attendent recommending Beaches for excellent seafood and would take us there on their golf cart. We went and the seafood food is awful. When we came back I noticed a menu for the hotel restaurant in the lobby that looked superb. Why aren't the hotel staff reconnending the hotel restaurant?

Last minute to book. Great location, easy check-in with friendly service. Room was so nice and so spacious. Very clean and comfortable beds. Definitely will stay again !!!

这是一次美妙的放松之旅。房间比大多数酒店的都好，宽敞舒适。每天的早餐都非常棒，味道也很好。屋顶酒吧是享用冷饮的绝佳去处。取车服务非常迅速。所有员工似乎都很喜欢自己的工作，他们友善又乐于助人。我们将来一定会再来的。
很棒的酒店，员工也很出色！酒店位置绝佳，一面靠海，另一面靠海湾，离所有景点和餐厅都很近。酒店的餐厅非常棒，屋顶酒吧的日落景色也美极了！街对面就有一家Publix超市。下次再来圣奥古斯丁，我们一定会再选择这家酒店。
我们很享受在维拉诺海滩凯悦嘉轩酒店的住宿。酒店离美丽干净的海滩很近，步行即可到达。我们之前被告知泳池不恒温，但实际上是恒温的！我们因为知道得太晚了所以错过了游泳。早餐很棒，而且供应充足。我们多付了一点钱订了带阳台的房间，但景观并不好。别在阳台上浪费钱了。我们还支付了代客泊车费，但后来发现根本没必要，街上有很多停车位。总的来说，这是一家干净的酒店，员工也非常友好。
