It was just sold that morning and new owners were not in any position to lease rooms. Absolutely nothing in lobby but a rack of pamphlets. Computer systems not up for payment. As two elderly sisters we did not feel comfortable staying there.

It was decent the rooms could use some work but it was defiently a good place to sleep, quiet, ****** the pool was closed from time we arrived til the time we left

Terrible place to stay!
Room smelled horrible, asked for a different room and was denied. Second day, room didnt get cleaned. Asked for new towels and the lady at the front desk told me they didn’t have any. Asked for a different room again and she said they were booked and denied a new room for the second time. Third night asked for a different room and was denied again, still no new towels and room still hadn’t been cleaned. Found a cleaning lady in the hall and she gave me new towels. I would’ve left the second night but... I asked to cancel my reservations and for a refund and was told I wouldn’t get a refund and was told if I didn’t like it I could leave. I asked for a manager and the woman at the front desk turned and walked away while mumbling that he was out of town. She never came back to the desk as long as I stood there. Very rude. Then to top it off they kept my deposit.

Rooms were not ready at check in time waited for 4 hrs to be able to check i . Called for 4 hrs and couldnt get an answer about our room. The one girl was trying to keep up but thats just wrong. Would not recomend this hotel ever. It was not just us other people had bad times also

Lets just sum the is up after calling the hotel to verify our reservation and ask a few questions the answering services could bearly speak English could answer any of our question would foward up to the help help desk and being on hold for 35min no one answer we booked a different hotel for the night very poor service!

I pre-paid through *******. When I arrived they told me they had no rooms available and when I started asking questions the people behind the desk started yelling at me. We of course I yelled back. Not my proudest moment. But I was NOT able to get a refund from them or ******* and had to pay for another hotel. There are so many affordable hotels in this area. Don't risk this place. They literally stole my money.

The room was tidy. The only uncomfortable thing was that, with 2 queen beds in the room, I had to sidle sideways to fully open the refrigerator door. There was a toaster and microwave.

Not impressed.
Hotel was understaffed and over booked according to the desk staff. Room was freshly cleaned at check in. Floor was standing water wet.. Bathroom needs TLC. tub was permanently stained and toilet handle had to be juggled. Night two. Room was not cleaned that day. Went to ask for towels and a new sheet. No towels were available but I did get bedding. Put it on myself. I'll most likely will be trying another place on my next visit.
