A great place on the surface. Both of us had difficulty sleeping due to the bed and bright night lights. The breakfast was mostly pre-made and not edible. Restaurants are in the area. Pet friendly for an up-charge of $85.

The room was great, very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, great staff, everyone was courteous and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

I stayed three nights with my girlfriend, staff was friendly and was able to accommodate us with what we asked for. The room was clean and neat, as well as the seating area downstairs where you eat was. The location was conveniently around shopping centers if you wanted to go shopping or pick up food. Overall a excellent experience and plan on staying there again soon.

Staff was professional and helpful. I was strongly displeased that my privacy was violated when either a maintenance or housekeeping staff person entered my room and I had the DO NOT DISTURB/DO NOT ENTER doortag on my room door. Upom my return to my room, I noticed the broken ironing board had been replaced and was sitting up on my room. I mentioned it to the front desk and they apologized and said perhaps it's because of a language barrier of some staff. NOT AN ACCEPTABLE REASON for violating hotel policy.
Othervthan that, it was a great stay. PLEASE USE THIS AS A COACHING/TEACHABLE matter.

地点方便，从死亡谷过来方便，附近有超市、开车5分钟， 设备新、早餐挺不错的，有现烤松饼、24hr咖啡机。

清洁工进了我的房间。我刚洗完澡。她连门都没敲，就直接进来了，而我当时一丝不挂。我简直不敢相信这家酒店的员工这么不专业。当我要求免费入住时，他们竟然拒绝了，只说可以给我五折优惠……真是可笑！开什么玩笑？你们未经允许就闯入我的房间，侵犯了我的隐私，而且你们还不打算全额退款。所以我只好打电话给总部投诉，当然，他们最终还是退款了。你们简直给我造成了心理创伤，侵犯了我的隐私，而你们却只肯给我半价优惠！！！简直难以置信。我以后再也不会住这家酒店了，也奉劝所有人不要住这里。真是不可思议！！
