Switched rooms at 10pm due to outside noise. New room had no working heat, but was too tired to move again.

Room was very clean, bed very comfortable, and nice pool area. Vicki, who set up and managed the breakfast, was very pleasant and kept the food hot and containers filled. We highly recommend this Best Western!

Arrived to a clean room. Woman at the desk was pleasant but never said hello or smiled. She answered my questions but wasn't friendly. The food isn't very good.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfast was hot fresh and variety delicious food, room was warm and comfortable, kids enjoyed the heated pool!

I would stay again without hesitation. Location was ideal with restaurants across the parking lot. Clean, comfortable beds and updated bathroom.
