We checked in late and parking was full were told we can't park in restaurant lot but then told we could (which made us nervous about getting towed). Night check in was new and not very helpful - but morning person was much more supportive and helpful.
Room overall was cleanish but areas were really dirty (shower entrance, dishwasher exterior, etc.) so made us feel like overall cleanliness was lacking - even my husband said it seemed a little gross (and he isn't picky).
We did check in late and tried to switch rooms to give the hotel a second chance but none were available so we decided to check out early.
I provided feedback directly to Hilton and they emailed and acknowledged the issues with the shower and said they were addressing - so really appreciated the quick feedback.
The location was really close to restaurants and the mall and the pool area looked pretty nice - but our next trip to Roanoke we will be staying someplace else.

The breakfast was terrible taste like a rubber, we had to leave and go to have breakfast outside
