Clean and well decorated. Pool and lazy river was excellent. Hot tub jets were not working. Staff was excellent.

0 stars-Cold hot tub, cold indoor, and outdoor pool. Before check in i was told all 3 pools are heated. However none were working. After i reported it i was told they were unaware. I checked back the next morning with a third person and asked when it would be fixed they said the hot tub was never turned on . I spoke with a 4th person online on the last day to report the issue and they apologized and said they didn’t have the correct temperature on the hot tub or pools. This was mid november and the indoor pool and outdoor pool was colder then the ocean. Hot tub worked the last day but was over crowded since no one could get in either pool. The customer service there is terrible and i was not able to enjoy my vacation since i only booked this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub.

I chose this hotel for the beautiful pool and the beach right behind it. Unfortunately, I was there in mid November, and the first two days were unseasonably cold, but the next two days had nice sunshine. My only disappointment was that both the indoor and outdoor pools, although supposedly heated, was ice cold, and the hot tub, which was supposed to be hot, was bath temperature at best and had very little oomph when the jets were turned on. Excellent staff!

We love Hilton Garden Inn and have been there maybe six times? We love the pool area and the view. We had a problem with our microwave and it was changed out in about fifteen minutes. For us, it is just a lovely, relaxing place to be.

我们预订了泳池景观房，含早餐。我不得不去问早餐的事。因为我不知道他给了我什么房间。我们以为他会按照我预订的描述，给我带阳台的泳池景观房。结果什么都没有。我给前台打电话，他说他明天会请示经理。我不知道他这话是什么意思。我支付了我预订的费用，而且……（此处可能省略了一些情绪词）。除此之外，早餐服务员都非常友善和乐于助人。
