Michelle at the front desk was so very kind and helpful, she answered any questions we had and always had a smile on her face. Hotel was clean and bed was clean and comfy! Great stay :)

Did not get the room I booked. Was in a handicap room, not a suite like I booked. No walk in shower, nor was there a love seat. The sheets were dirty, the air conditioner stopped working during the night, and the shower curtain hanger was loose causing the curtain to be unable to stay closed. One of the reasons I booked a room with a walk in shower. Very dissatisfied with everything involving this experience

Any good thing about the hotel is tarnished when the front desk doesn't even have the intention of saying hello. Customer service is very limited, they barely speak, there's no information. The man who helped me at night is very slow and doesn't give any information, he never spoke to me. Incredible.

Overall not bad, the service was good. The issues were the bathroom sink plug would not release and the toilet seat was not connected to the base which made for an unexpected ride. Breakfast was good, lots of choices for a contential option

Had a great stay. Mrs. Michelle at the front desk was so so nice. Only complaint is our curtain was see through and we had the parking lot lights shining through our window all night.
