环境：很赞
寸土寸金的市中心，房间真是小的可怜。只有一个床头柜，还要充当吧台，一不小心水就会洒床上，不过酒店没有追责，这应该是常态吧。卫生间浴室在阳台上。由于是封闭窗，只能靠换气扇通风，换气扇没法关，轰轰轰的一直吵个不停，十分影响睡眠。
酒店还是有可取之处的。离地铁站近，出行方便。早餐好吃。入住退房都是自助，省了很多时间。
前台服务员态度对华人很高冷,但对外国人特别热情,这是我亲身体验,和网上负评符合,热水供应极差,第一晚03：33回到酒店没有热水供应,即时致电前台及Trip投诉,第二天所谓修好但出热水时有时无极其不稳等对这酒店,非常失望,永远不会再光顾,也会通知所有人不要踩雷.

很满意，屋子不大，但设备齐全，装修风格很新，空间利用好，桌子折叠，床可以折叠，还有隐藏的开酒器。位置好楼下地铁和公交，去机场坐公交比地铁还方便，yotel 名副其实
房间整洁，设施崭新，麻雀虽小五脏俱全👍🏻。前台服务专业高效礼貌，客房服务细致标准高，早餐丰富美味物有所值。地理位置也是真的好，地铁公交银行餐饮购物，不出500米解决所有，著名的ion购物中心就在马路对面，地下四层的大食代里有好几个平价米其林美食，在新加坡很有名。下次来还会选Youtel🌹～

出行方便，酒店离地铁站和公交车站都很近，就是房间特别特别小但挺干净，小到放个行李箱就很难转身，感觉跟日本的酒店设计差不多小而全，该有的设备都有淋浴头出水特好，直饮水也备了茶和咖啡，打扫卫生的服务小生态度很好微笑哈喽，前台反而对华人爱搭不理不太友好
位置比较方便，楼层27层视野好，服务也可以。特别点赞的是，不收押金，新加坡很多酒店通过预授权收押金，有些长达一个多月才退回，期间跟进耗时耗力。
入住时，马桶连接处控水阀门一直有点漏水，不过不太影响。另外，半夜电视机显示屏突然亮起，无法关屏，最后拔电解决。
优特尔酒店在乌节路上，交通方便，大堂接待多数讲英文，酒店虽然面积不太大，但是特别干净，这里购物非常方便，美食也多，附近的大食阁也是种类很多，东南亚美食应有尽有。
酒店地理位置很不错，ION的B4层food opera有很多美食且价格适中，每天早饭我们都会光顾。不管是去机场还是各景点都有方便的公交地铁。
