For the price I paid, which is equivalent to what I pay at the Oberoi, the service was very poor. This is NOT a 5 Star hotel by the stretch of imagination. The staff were polite, but indifferent. The room was clean, but not worth the money I paid. Overall very poor experience.

Very good staff, caring. The front desk manager/staff was very courteous, many of your staff were great and we should mention Janvi’s excellent performance at the restaurant.

酒店很新也很干净。不过酒店员工在服务方面需要再培训，相比之下，附近的ITC Welcom酒店（一家商务酒店）的员工态度就好很多。特别是入口和前台，感觉就像进了火车站，他们甚至在安检行李时都不帮忙拿一下。
