Sadly, lovely people here but only two bath towels with two tiny bars of soap. No hand towels, no toothbrushes, no slippers or robes. Totally bare bones but really nice folks. Our room had no windows and it was more like a cloister. But the air conditioner and fan helped out. The food in the restaurant was good and there is a pool and spa area for massages. On a quiet street but you will hear fireworks going off at night.

This is a really nice hotel in Granada, Nicaragua (NOT IN SPAIN!) with a distinctive colonial feel to it. Staff are very friendly, helpful and work with you on any specific needs. Within a 10 to 15 minute walk there are local bazaars, a park, and many dining options not to mention local sights. The rooms too are fabulous - spacious, airy and nicely airconditioned. The bed and pillows were high end and very nice. All in all a very nice hotel to stay in. While the hotel will do evwrything they can ro make tour stay pleasant, when it comes to coping with the 90+ deg heat and high humidity (this was inay) you are on your own!

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel! This place is Exceptional! I cannot give them enough praise ! They take care of their customers like they’re family! We will stay here again and again!

It was an old room without windows. Not pleasant to spend time in. The toilet was not flushing. The staff fixed it right away and was nice, though.

酒店非常好，豪华房很大，但是，当我们到达时，房间里什么都没有，我们不得不下去要肥皂，然后要毛巾……
为我们服务的人绝对可以改进他们的服务，因为他们不是那么友好。最后，他们很友善地在退房后把行李箱留给了我们，但行李箱仍然留在接待处旁边，没有任何保护
