Very clean room and nice bathroom. Window has a nice view. Plenty parking space. Easy to access central city. Staffs are also very nice. It has a great restaurant attached.

Staff was friendly and the restaurant downstairs was convenient, however the cieling in the bathroom gave a sense of uncleanliness.

Family visit
The hotel itself is somewhat dated and in need of redecoration. Shower small.
However...what the hotel rooms may lack the fantastic staff make up for. Both room cleaners Marion and Claire couldn't do enough for us.
The staff in the restaurant bar equally friendly and helpful. We would go back and stay when we are next in Glasgow just to see them!

Stayed in single room. Clean, quiet. Everything I needed. Staff friendly and efficient.
