Hotel was clean and did the job, but everything was of a poor quality. I could not check in with the man at the desk, he needed to call his son and put me on speakerphone with his son to check me in. Additionally, I felt our privacy was violated after I saw a hotel staff member pressing his face against our hotel room window, staring at us while we were in there.

The place was run down and just gross. Not sure how it got such a high rating. It also had a weird smell. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

No storage space for luggage’. -room door had a 1” gap that extended to a height of 2 feet’. Mattresses were not firm at all/ only 2 poor quality thin hangers on a rack/ very few hygiene hygiene items in bathroom/ tv set was good as was water quality. Needs major enhancements. I would not stay here again

My ground floor window is broken and doesn't lock and I do not feel safe as a woman traveling alone. Supposedly someone is coming to fix it but the window was not installed correctly so I don't know what will happen. I may just sleep in the bathroom.

The shower was small but the water was great stays hot. The bathroom ceiling fan was so dusty it had dusty bunnies hanging all around. Had to ask for it to get cleaned. They did a great job cleaning it after we asked and the hair dryer part in the back was just the same but we fudjt use it. Overall it was quiet and they small family owned business were very friendly except fur when I called the first time person was rude about my asking about late check in. There’s only one person who can speak English well. The other two had to call the young kind man to translate for them.

如果您正在寻找一个干净、便宜的选择，而不是在普利茅斯过夜，那么这里是个不错的选择。房间经过重新装修，干净整洁。空调效果很好，床很舒服。有点道路噪音，门外有些虫子。不含早餐。
工作人员非常友好，设施保持非常干净。
