The Short review: In 35 years of traveling for work I have NEVER stayed in a motel as poorly run as "In Town Suites-Dublin" or their main office in Atlanta Georgia. The Long Review: The company I work for sent me to Columbus & they checked into "In Town Suites" in October of 2021 & checked out in September 2022. You might wonder why I stayed so long if I wasn't happy with the accommodations. Answers: I work long hours it generally doesn't matter where I stay & the motel is close to one of our suppliers & surrounded by stores/restaurants. There are many examples I can point out of incompetence, laziness or just being rude but I will shorten it down to some really stand. The manager does not care about the guests. My key card to my room didn't work one day (a weekly sometimes daily occurrence) & went to the office to get a new key. I could see manager through the blinds and he saw me. No matter how much I knocked he never acknowledge me. After 10 minutes he finally opened the door. When I asked why he didn't open up sooner he said "we don't open till eleven." When I asked him why I should have to wait to get into my room he just ignored me and tossed a new key card on the counter." Another time I came in for the same reason & he was on the phone. I tried not to be rude & just pointed to the card. He simply ignored me & went on with his phone conversation. The lobby started to fill up with people needing something from him but he just talked away. About 7 or 8 minutes later he finally hung up and without a word he made me a key tossed down on the counter. No "I'm sorry for the wait" he simply went on to the next person. The cleaning staff is a joke. In the 11 months I was there they cleaned my room twice and only after I asked them repeatedly to do so. I gave up asking and finally brought a vacuum from home & bought a broom/dustpan & other cleaning supplies. As they didn't clean my room why they would go into my room I don't know. But they did. One time the kitchen knife was left out on the counter. Another time the windows were locked & as I was on the third floor I never locked the window. But the two major occurrences 1) The room I stayed in was located near the end of the building near the stairwell. When I left for work I noticed a plastic bag of garbage near the door. When I came back at the end of the day someone had put that garbage in the middle of my room. I was livid! I took the garbage to the lobby & asked them how/why this happened. No one knew! I went back up to my room, went on the "In town suits" website & complained. I never heard back from them. The major issue was I came back to my room night to find the door latch lock broken on top of my refrigerator (it's next to the door). How did it get broken & who put it on the firdge? I went down to the lobby and asked those questions. No one knew. I sent another message to their cooperate office explaining what happen & asking them if they are not in their to clean my room (& they hadn't

This place isn't reliable. I scheduled my reservation in advance and the day before I was scheduled to arrive, I get a call saying they need to take my payment early because staff won't be available at check in time. When I call back the janitor answers the phone and from there it was a clown show. I was never able to get ahold of anyone to make the payment. I called the national reservations and they kept sending back to the local office where somehow only the janitor who doesn't know anything answers the phone. I had to cancel my reservation and by the grace of God I was able to find something else last minute. I'm super disappointed in this experience and want to encourage anyone else looking at this place to go elsewhere.
