Coffee table still had food on it. Lettuce and bread crumbs. The bathroom was no cleaned appropriately, there was strands of hair all over the bathroom floor.
The breakfast was nice. Staff members super nice!

The hotel was itself was ok, but when we were checking around our room to pack we found an old chicken nugget under the bed as well as a dirty kids toy and a crumpled tissue in the closet floor, had I found that initially I would have probably asked for a different room but since we were leaving it seemed irrelevant however it would deter me from recommending it in the future. The side exit door did not close properly and there were all kinds of dead bugs on the floor around the door, that didn't bother me as much but concerning that it was not cleaned up from day to day.
The staff was absolutely wonderful and had I found these issues before leaving I suspect they would have had it addressed quickly.

Quick trip
The bathtub had hair in it, there were flower leaves on the floor!
The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not so good!
The bathroom counter had black streaks on it and we had to wipe it with a wash cloth and it was black

This was a wonderful stay and the staff was excellent. I did had an issue with my first room. , but they were on it to make sure we were satisfied. The elevator rug was dirt but look as if it needed to be replaced. I would recommend if there is no smoking in the rooms that there should not be smoking on the premises. Smokers do tend to bring the air of smoke into the rooms. Plus, smoking should not be in the front of the lobby where guest are coming in to stay as most people who are coming are nonsmokers. The carpet over needs replacement. I would stay here again. But just some tweaks would give this place even more five stars.

Beautiful and clean room. Comfy bed. Free Wi-Fi. No one bothers you. Great breakfast that is offered in the morning.would recommend

Check in was easy quick and very friendly. Breakfasts were perfect for getting up and going. Pool was very relaxing. Room and hallways clean and clutter free. Even the stiarwells are wide and bright and clean

Good hotel
Nice and new hotel, comfortable bed, large room. Too close to a major busy street so it is noisy. Otherwise, nice.

It was stated on the ******* site that the cancelation policy was i could cancel up to 6pm the day prior. I was forced to cancel due to a family emergency and an unplanned trip to Florida. I called the facility to cancel and was told that I would lose the money I paid for the night. Needless to say I didn't use ******* to book my flight or hotel for Florida. Will never use ******* again.

很久没在酒店睡得这么好了。房间很安静，床垫软硬适中。如果床头阅读灯不是刺眼的蓝色调光，会更好，但我很喜欢电视、微波炉、电话和闹钟上常亮指示灯的数量减少了。虽然房间里有很浓的地毯清洁剂或其他清洁剂的味道，但在我们外出吃晚饭的时候把空调开到最大，并一直开着卫生间排气扇，很大程度上消除了这种浓烈的气味。
