Our wish is that our guests have a positive experience while with us and attempt to do everything possible to achieve that end. Ongoing daily clean-up of the beach is increased during the occasional heavy influx of Sargassum by the resort team and the team does a very good job although it is challenging at times. The resort is committed to “doing the right thing for the environment” while balancing safety with our guests’ enjoyment and expectations. I am sorry that you were disappointed, and the seaweed affected your stay and wish you all the best in future travels.

Roosters crowing at all times day or night. Trash truck dumping at 6 a.m. 2 days during our stay! I maybe mistaken but I think we were supposed to have 3 restaurants?..

海藻问题非常严重，散发出类似排水沟的臭味，根本无法下海。挖掘机每天早上8点到下午5点在沙滩上作业，修建挡海藻的堤坝。这完全没有让我们放松，也不是我们想要的。
房产距离其他便利设施和景点太远。交通费用昂贵。食物很棒，但种类有限。海滩和水域都充斥着马尾藻（一种褐藻）。
