Fan on air unit not working. No towels at the desk. Had 4 adults with 2 towels. Was told they had no more. Ice was also out in the morning.

The kitchenette was clean and exceded my expectations. The room had a crisp feel, was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. It's a very quiet hotel.

Bathroom light flickered constantly, back wall lights were not working.
Had to move the mattress and nightstand to get to the wall outlet to plug our things in.
Behind the bed was really dusty, but you would notmally never know that..we know that because we had to get back there to plug our charger in. Overall it was an ok stay.

The hot water was not working during my shower. I reported it to the front desk. They offered to come up and look at it but since i showered i declined. The front desk staff said ok and turned back to her desk- no apology or even acknowledgement. Also, i asked for a receipt and she wouldn't print it- said it would be emailed to me which i never received. Hotel was nice and clean though.

Not the worst hotel ive expeienced, but close. Run down, dirty and noisy. Bring shower shoes.

The hotel is old but nicely decorated. Room carpets are old. Safe was nice. Breakfast was good and they didn’t shut everything down at 9 AM which was helpful. Beds were good and I slept well. AC worked well. Fridge worked well but no freezer area.Interesting electricity setup but was no problem. We got in late and 12 pm check out we requested was not a problem.

I have stayed here before and felt less satisfied on my return, with a couple of things. Checkin at night took an inordinate amount of time and I was initially given a room that was unlocked on entry and didn't feel clean enough. I did get swapped to a large king suite but it felt older than what I remembered from a year ago. However, breakfast was great with the made-to-order omelet. Overall, still a good stay.
