Ants in my room and was told they couldn’t move me because they had no more vacancies. Elevator didn’t work therefore was put on 2nd floor which is not my requested flooring.

Neither elevator worked. We were at the end of a 2 week road trip and had quite a bit of luggage. The odor from the broken elevators was horrible

Room’s thermostat was turned off. Fan that air WOULD have blown out of have had loose black particles that would have blown out.
Room smelled musty.
Bed was comfortable and clean.
No soap in dispenser.
Breakfast tenant did a great job keeping food filled: breakfast options were so-so to okay.

Bathroom drains in sink and tub we’re both clogged.

酒店很棒，干净舒适，就是位置有点偏，也没有酒吧，要是有个酒吧就好了。价格也挺贵的，但我还是会再来的。唯一的问题是枕头上有血迹，但我不是那种爱抱怨的人，所以就没用那个枕头，这也是我只给它四星的原因。
