1. At check-in, for a double occupancy, the front desk staff was extremely rude and spoke harshly, completely lacking the proper service attitude. Two days later, when my friend and I returned to the room, we received a call questioning us, claiming that only one person had been registered for the room. However, both my friend and I had signed the registration form at the front desk. Why did we still receive such a call?
2. During my friend's laundry service, were socks also counted as an item of clothing?
3. The guest room attendants did not check the shampoo and body wash. Both were empty, and we had to call the front desk to request a replacement.
4. I was in a meeting and ordered a takeout meal. When the food arrived, the front desk refused to hold it temporarily or deliver it to the room. This is the first time in over a decade of business travel that I’ve encountered a hotel like this, forcing a guest to interrupt a meeting to pick up their food. This was extremely inconvenient and frustrating.
5. The heating was turned off on February 18.

4. Tôi đang họp và đặt một suất ăn mang về. Khi đồ ăn được giao đến, lễ tân không thể giữ tạm đồ ăn, cũng không thể gửi lên phòng. Đây là lần đầu tiên sau hơn mười năm đi công tác, tôi gặp một khách sạn như thế này, bắt khách phải gián đoạn cuộc họp để xuống nhận đồ. Điều này rất tệ, rất tệ.

虽然是当地的豪华酒店,但总体入住体验很差。首先前台一直时候一位工作人员standby,入住当晚到达酒店已经晚上8:30,排在前面的两个男的一直在用中文调戏前台的越南工作人员,说什么开房加微信找J这种话,非常恶心低俗的两个人, shame on you two。前台也是不紧不慢,一会收押金,一会接电话,一会回别人几句,我就在旁边干等着,听着他们调情,让我感到非常非常不适。大厅没有空调,很闷热,大晚上的到酒店我只想尽可能快捷办理入住,然后回房间休息。房间就如同很多评论所说,被子潮湿,灯光昏暗,设施老旧。这是我的真实评价,完全不推荐!
去前台很快很方便就办理入住了,酒店的房间还不错,卫生干净也很安静的环境也不错,早餐丰富也还不错,地理位置很方便,去哪里都比较近
远道而来出差,第一次来的时候和同事住这个酒店,现在自己来,还是选择这个酒店,房间可以,干净卫生,环境安静,前台会中文,协调房间也快,有早餐,早餐的粉不错,唯一美中不足是烘干机要收费,其他酒店是免费使用的,希望以后再来住的时候,这个问题能改善。

很好,早餐丰富。越南北宁比较豪华的酒店,有一定时间了,如果能重新装修一下更好,中央空调,几百米就是中国街。,
非常不错的一家酒店,在越南北宁算是比较好的酒店,环节卫生非常整洁,而且房间很宽敞,早餐也是非常棒,出差旅行是个非常不错的选择
入住14天,入住体验非常糟糕:
1、在前台登记时,双人入住,前台在登记时表现非常糟糕,语气凌厉,完全没有服务该有的态度,过了两天我跟朋友回来房间,又打电话过质问,说房间只登记一位,在前台我跟我朋友都签了表格,为什么还是会打电话质问。
2、我朋友在洗衣服务时,袜子也算一件衣服?
3、洗发露与沐浴露客房都不检查,两个都没有了需要呼叫前台才会进行更换。
4、我在进行会议,点了外卖套餐,当外卖送达时,前台不能暂存外卖,也不能送到房间,这是我出差十几年第一次遇见这样的酒店,一定要客户中断会议下去拿,这点很糟糕,非常糟糕。
5、2月18日就中断暖气供应。

此次入住体验非常差,标的的五星,实际三星的标准都达不到,与实际宣传完全不符
1. 位置不好,太拥挤不便利
2. 办理入住时间非常慢退房也是没有一点笑容礼仪
3. 设施老化,被子都是湿哒那种,五金生锈,还不如国内200维也纳酒店,

实际消费 657 感觉不值得,下次不会在入住,并非宣传那么好,不建议住这个,价格和质量不匹配,原本花多钱想住好,但实际未达到预期,
房间的地毯有点脏似乎很少清洁;两点硬伤:这么大的房间没有合理设计布局,花洒下站着冲凉时手肘经常撞到玻璃隔断,洗漱台的镜子安装高度对身高要求太苛刻了,踮起脚尖勉强能照镜子刮胡子;每天供应两小瓶350毫升的纯净水,想多喝水就得自费,太小气了;地理位置不好,酒店周边是乱七八糟的街道,1.5公里步行范围之内只发现了人均30-50人民币的苍蝇馆子,但酒店二楼似乎没有晚餐营业;入住及退房时只有一个前台服务员排队有点慢,且退房时的那个服务员不能讲英文或中文,没法有效沟通,前面一个旅客好像被发现床单被果汁脏了要被扣钱。唯一可以点赞的是酒店大堂还是大气,自助早餐还过得去,有20-30种花样吧,吃得饱。最大的坑是所谓行政套房翻倍价钱其实就是两个普通房间打通了2合1增加了一组沙发,电视可以当客厅但没有实用价值。和国内的七天连锁差不多的档次吧,凑合着住。
