We had read many excellent reviews about The Bay and are happy to add our own. We had a wonderful 3 night break in a warm and comfortable room overlooking the bay and superb food in the restaurant. Big compliments to the chef for the standard of fish cookery but the food overall was worthy of any fine dining restaurant. All the staff were lovely - always friendly and chatty. Everything was spotless and the lounge/bar area is really comfortable too. Coverack is a lovely village a little off the beaten track (certainly in winter) but has a great community feel and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and The Bay. I'm sure we will be back!

We return for our fifth year running and can honestly say we are never disappointed with the hotel facilities or the staff who go above and beyond to make your stay ultra special, nothing is too much and everything is done with a smile. James, Sarah, Laura, Caroline are incredible hosts (sorry if I’ve missed anyone as all are amazing) The Sunday lunch is wonderful as is the breakfast and evening meals. If you get the opportunity to stay at this beautiful hotel, do it as you won’t be disappointed. We look forward to returning next year for another relaxing 5 star break. Thank you to everyone who make this place outstanding. And lastly the views over the bay are memorable.

An absolute gem in the beautiful Cornish village of Coverack. Without exception the staff were superb, incredibly attentive and very obviously happy in their work. Seldom, in our experience has customer service been this good. We stayed on a half-board basis, enjoyed the extensive Breakfast menu (it took a ton of willpower to decline warm pastries!) and an appetising dinner menu too (there are two menus from which to choose). The bar and lounge areas are lovely whether you’re enjoying a pot of Cornish tea or a local G&T before dinner. With a view like this from our room, lovely coastal walks and the offer to dry-out our wet walking boots so they’re ready for next time - what’s not to love. Our only wish is that we had discovered it before - we will be back! Thank you!

My wife Glenda and I went for a week to The Bay Hotel Coverack based on the the excellent reviews it has had. They were not wrong! Everything about the hotel is outstanding; the location with its spectacular views over the bay; the staff, all of whom were caring, professional and nothing was too much trouble; the food, superb breakfasts and outstanding dinners and the best Sunday roast ever! Add a really comfortable room with views of their garden and the sea and you have a hotel that would be hard to beat. We look forward to going back next year. Marks out of 10, 20!!!
