The hotel was very clean, customer service was friendly and helpful. I loved the fact that we was right across from the lake (literally walking distance) I would definitely stay here again if I am in the LaPorte, IN area.

Double charged me for a one night stay and there is no one to talk to in order to address the error! Do not stay here, they are thieves!

Worst experience ever
The toilet was so low it felt like I was in a preschool bathroom. There were no cups in the bathroom and only 2 at the coffee bar. No lighted mirror for doing makeup. No bath mat and a general lack of towels. There are no grab bars for older or disabled guests.
The tv was not working. The front desk clerk tried to fix it, but failed.
Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone unless they seriously addressed these issues.

酒店回复: We do have handicap accessible rooms for older and disabled guests. There are cups and extra towels available from the front desk at all times, all you had to do was ask. I'm sorry about the TV and your opinion about the low toilet.

We had a very limited window in which to check in. They were unable to accommodate us. That's fine, it happens. But, they still charged us the full price when we didn't even stay there.

Quick and easy check in process. Room was clean and beds were surprisingly very comfy! Hotel was quiet and well maintained, pool area seemed a bit dated but that didn’t deter my kids from swimming. Breakfast buffet options were good, absolutely loved that they had “to go” bags ready to grab by the breakfast station.

Would definitely stay here again.
We were greeted shortly after entering the lobby. The lady who checked us in was very sweet and kind. Our whole experience was pleasant.
Cost was appropriate for the what we received.
