My overall stay was wonderful. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good. People there were all friendly and helpful even texting me to be sure everything was good with my stay and asking if they could help with anything. Very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

This hotel was very clean. It had a nice variety for breakfast options. The water pressure in the shower was great. Staff was very friendly. The mattress was comfortable but I can’t give it 5 stars, maybe 4

We had an amazing stay this past weekend! We got upgraded to a larger room, which was huge! The bathroom was so clean, the room was perfect!! I asked for extra items and got them very quickly and with nice smiles. Every staff member we encountered was nice and friendly. We swam and the pool was clean with plently of pool towels! The breakfast was a hit for 2 mornings! What a great value for us to fill up on breakfast which made us ready to go out and explore quicker. Will definitely be staying at a Holiday Inn Express again! Nice work staff at the Evansville location!

糟糕的假期住宿体验。
他们重复订了我们的房间，还给了我们错误的房间，他们不肯给我们安排其他房间，所以床位不够，每个人都睡不着，或者给我们婴儿床，他们基本上就是让我们睡在地板上。酒店前台的女士非常粗鲁，看起来好像喝醉了。第二天早上他们确实退款了，但由于酒店清洁不善，睡在地板上实在太糟糕太不舒服了。
浴室水槽排水不畅。我要求维修，但没人修。然后马桶冲水也坏了。他们告诉我周一才有维修人员。
我告诉他们，脏兮兮的浴室我不可能住两天。前台工作人员很粗鲁，说只有一间类似的预订房间，否则她帮不上忙。我别无选择，只能去那间房间。
任何一家像样的酒店都会提供替换房间，即使是最贵的房间，以弥补他们的不足。我再也不会住那里了。
