It didn’t appear our bathroom had been cleaned throughly. The hand soap was unwrapped and open. It looked like hand towels had not been replaced. The floor was dirty.

Would definitely stay again

I had to have a knee surgery done, so we spent the night. Location was very convenient to the Surgical Center. Pool was very nice, we had it to ourselves, but even had others been there, it was good size for a hotel.

Rude reception/ no parking past ten over booke

Honestly, that was the most unwelcome I’ve ever felt at a motel front desk. Lady was extremely rude. I was looking forward to staying at a new motel. She was being very rude made me type in all my own information which isn’t something somebody wants to do after driving to travel, and then on top of that, she just handed me the keys And walked away didn’t tell me where my room was didn’t tell me where the elevators were didn’t tell me about breakfast just walked away and on top of that the parking lot is overpopulated if you come in past 10 o’clock, you’re parked on the side of the road. I had to park on the side of the road and I came out my freshly, detailed car was covered in grass because There was no room to park. There’s nowhere to park The parking lot was unreal. The room was fine and all that but that service then

Great Little Hotel!

Our family stay was very pleasant! Check-In smooth and very friendly Front Desk Clerk. Lobby very clean nice to see the complimentary water and snacks when we arrived. Room was very clean and the complimentary breakfast was awesome. Also, we loved that it's next to some restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay would stay here again!

From how we were greeted (friendly, helpful!) to the nice, clean quiet room (5th floor!) - our stay for 2 nights was great. The free breakfast was nice - different options on the 2 mornings we used it. There is a nice looking fitness center and an indoor pool. (we are old and did not use either of these :-) )
