房间挺大的,酒店环境算塔什干很好的了。早餐很丰盛,位置很便利。价格不便宜,服务在uz来说算还不错了。
这家酒店太棒了!很漂亮,服务一流,位置绝佳。卫生条件无可挑剔!如果再回塔什干,我们肯定还会选择这家酒店。这次住宿体验真是令人难忘!
听劝,一定不要住!!
住两天投诉了三次,第三次忍不了直接要求找了总经理,聊完也只有口头承诺,估计也是等着我们离开了然后就没有然后了吧。
可惜,我会继续向乌国旅游有关部门投诉的。中国游客人并没有人傻钱多。
1/ 携程已经支付税费,酒店以押金名义收取,并在离店时说是税费不打算退还。直接找了总经理,大发慈悲说给我抹了“税费”,像是专门针对现金支付“押金”的中国游客的诈骗吧。
2/ 酒店chiva餐厅不新鲜,肉都是冰冻的,没吃依旧收了钱,从餐厅到总经理都说要退钱,然而一天过去了没有一个人付诸任何实际行动。
3/ 浴室漏水严重,小心摔倒
4/ 前台经理接到我投诉后骗总经理说我是故意投诉,还说我投诉了另一家已入住的对手酒店,但是对手酒店可是给了5星好评的哟。
总之,避雷吧
位置很好,设施也很棒。早餐不错。地理位置非常好。
服务质量环境非常好,早餐丰盛,
我们在这家酒店度过了愉快的六晚七天。酒店员工的服务水平非常出色,特别是客房服务员Dilnoza、礼宾部、我们每天享用早餐的Khiva餐厅的员工,以及前台工作人员。自助早餐提供了丰富多样的选择,也很注重健康。如果我们再次来到塔什干,我们一定会再次考虑入住凯悦酒店!
服务真是无可挑剔。我们是去庆祝生日的,工作人员对我们格外照顾,甚至还送来了蛋糕、礼物和贺卡。非常周到!
过去七年里,我在这家酒店住了好几次,最近一次是2024年12月。酒店的基础设施明显老化了,服务质量也大不如前。外面气温很低的时候,房间里就会特别冷,窗户隔热不好导致有对流风。虽然可以把空调开到最大制热模式来缓解,但这会让空气变得非常干燥,早上起来头都会疼。公共区域的清洁状况也急剧恶化。一楼的洗手间简直是脏乱差,地上和墙上都是污渍,特别是小便池区域,还有一股难闻的气味。洗手后擦手用的纸巾质量也很差。这家酒店显然需要翻新和重新装修了,首先得从改善管理做起。
一切都非常棒。唯一美中不足的是,接送服务不能通过电话预订,必须通过邮件确认并支付。除此之外,其他一切都很好。
这家很好,虽然听说intercontinental 更新更现代,但是这家老牌细节,选它应该至少没错
