both bathroom sinks were stopped up. had to wait 1 1/2 hrs for maintenance to clear.

My stay was only 15 hours and it was terrible. The room I was given was 50 degrees and the HVAC did not work. Rather than giving me a room (as I was in a hurry to get to a dinner) they insisted on sending an engineer. This took much time and he simply confirmed that it was broken. At this point I made Four calls to the front desk before I could get them to provide me with another room.
The second room smelled like mildew but I was now late for an event and did not have time to again change rooms. I returned late in the evening and when walking in the carpet found that a 3 food area in diameter was sopping wet from a leak. I also found that one of the two sinks did not drain and actually had 3 inches of water in it. The next morning I discovered that the closet area also had wet floors and that all of my clothing now smelled like mildew.
Prior to checking out I called the front desk and told them I wanted to speak to a manger at check-out. The manager was not pleasant and said the most they could do was waive the parking fee ($34 savings on a stay room rate of well over $500).
At check out I was in a rush to get to a funeral and called later in the day. After three calls and messages, nobody ever got back to me to discuss how they could make things right.

Hotel is beautifully restored and well maintained and it has great amenities, most notably its beachfront pool and restaurant. Staff for the most part was excellent, with just a couple of exceptions. Restaurant was excellent, and daily events fun for those who chose to participate.

周四到周六晚上太糟糕了。乐队的噪音很大，在五楼都能听到。管理层根本不在乎。一位经理还算友好，其他经理则很糟糕。代客泊车服务也同样糟糕。停车登记入住排队等了20分钟。以后无论商务还是其他原因，都不会再预订这里了。住宿和装修都不错，但运营和决策都很糟糕。我提前一天离开，就为了换个地方住，结果他们没有退我昨晚的房费。
真是一次难忘的体验！
