Check in was fine. The room was in desperate need of repairs and more. The other occupants seem to be living there full time and are outside the rooms and very loud. Cancelled the second night of our stay😥

It’s simply not healthy for a human to be inside those rooms. Roaches and fleas and what ever the backed it was freakin itchy. Never going to that motel again.

Stayed for an extended time while finishing up some work had to extend multiple times chose here because of pet policy my interaction with Bobbie at front desk and the couple times with Jeff the general manager were always quick and efficient very friendly staff if in Mesa area I I definitely recommend staying there

Everything was broken… fridge didn’t work, said they have anymore to replace.. laundry room didn’t work, dresser drawers were missing as well as lamp shades. No water pressure couldn’t rinse

Room sheet didn't stay on bed it was wrapped in plastic so it made noise like newspaper every time u moved no soap microwave didn't reach plug no TV remote and TV didn't work because antenna was crapy

酒店回复: I do apologize as that was a newly renovated room and the plastic was still on the mattress. I have contacted housekeeping to get this taken off.
