The property is new and clean. The snack bar was disappointing. Just a bunch of junk food. They put me near the ice machine humming in the hallway. This is otherwise a very quiet location back off the highway. I do recommend it for convenience. Lots of restaurants nearby including the fish fry pace.

I thought when I requested an accessible room, I would be on the first floor, but when I arrived, I found that I was on the fourth floor, which was very inconvenient for me. Theywere unable to find a first floor room for me.

Staff was unavailable. When we first arrived my boyfriend went to go ask a question and the person at the counter was dead asleep. Also, went to plug in my hair straightener in the bathroom and got electrocuted and the room lost power. Again, when I went downstairs I had to ring the bell multiple times and eventually someone came out but showed no effort to come out quick or amtrjing. I was hoping they would just be able to press a b

Mold in the shower, we asked to be moved to another room and the next room had even more mold in the shower.

We arrived alittle before check in and and was given our room right away. The front desk employee was very friendly. The heat in the room was not working and the manager came right up to the room to check. Moved us to a room with heat. Excellent customer service.
