The check-in went fine until we got to our room. The key cards wouldn't work, we went down and got them reset, went back up and they still wouldn't work, we went back down and the front desk came up and couldn't get them to work either. We were let in with her master key while she went back down to configure new key cards. They wouldn't work either so we ended up packing everything up and were let in to a new identical room but on the other side of the building. The floor in the new room screeched very loudly and we were sorry for the people below us. One of the metal arms on the toilet paper holder fell off onto the ceramic floor in the middle of the night and probably woke up the entire floor...sorry again! the bathroom sink was plugged and finally, but a much more minor issue was that the remote for the tv was missing its cover plate for the batteries which kept falling out.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and check in was easy. I like the way the hotel is set back, away from traffic. Hampton offers a very nice breakfast, with a great variety. There’s lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, along with some great parks. They’re also pet friendly!

The place was clean and quiet. It’s a cute city with a great downtown to explore. The hotel had a great breakfast as well.

Room smelled like dirty socks. The elevator smelled the same. The bed frame was not the cleanest.

Clean, comfortable, plenty of space, nice mattress.
Overall a very pleasant experience at an affordable price.

We liked the thoughtfulness on the layout of the room including the sliding door to the bathroom.
However, the shower doors allow water to leak out quite a bit.
