Room was clean and comfy beds. The towels were a little rough, but not terrible. The breakfast was great and always had a lot of different options!

The staff was amazing. I had gotten my times wrong for our event and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. Can’t say enough good things about the staff.

Your staff should clean the rooms better. Using a black light we could see urine stains and whatever other bodily fluids are over the walls and carpeting. Im sorry to say, but it was pretty disgusting,

We had a pretty good stay at Best Western Plus, except for dirty sheets in the room. The front desk gave us new sheets.

Such a great stay! The stag was helpful and kind! Shay was awesome! We will stay again! Close to everything and a great place if you have a fur baby! The beds are comfortable, breakfast is amazing and very clean!
