I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel! In Butwal, finding this level of comfort and care was incredible. I needed a place to work that fit my circumstances and this was the perfect place. The front staff were very accommodating, doing an incredible job. They rivaled any hotel staff at the best hotels I’ve stayed at, including the famous Shangri La in Tokyo. The hospitality was wonderful, and they helped arrange transport and everything else as needed. The room was very clean, and the views of Butwal, a gem of a valley in the hills, was incredible! The AC worked well, and the decor and overall care put in was noticeable. The bed was comfortable. All in all, this was a wonderful stay, and I was surprised this level of hotel could be found in a newly growing city like Butwal within Nepal!

酒店设施和房间都很干净。如果能提供纸巾和擦手巾就更好了。另外，如果房间里有书面说明，告知拨打哪个号码可以联系到前台，而不仅仅是口头说明，会更贴心。
让我感到不快的是，我们当时没有交通工具去酒店，酒店帮我们叫了出租车，但出租车在我们上车前就离开了。尽管如此，酒店还是在我们入住的第二天向我们收取了出租车费。酒店给出的理由是他们与出租车公司有协议，即使没有乘车也要支付全额费用。对于没有乘车却被收费，以及在叫车时没有告知我们这项规定，我感到非常气愤。尽管我无法接受，但最终还是支付了半价出租车费。
酒店设施和房间本身非常干净，所以我真诚地希望酒店能在待客之道和沟通方面有所改进，避免损害客户信任，从而让更多客人满意地入住这家酒店。
工作人员非常有礼貌，食物很美味，我们非常享受，非常感谢！🙏💕
在这里度过了愉快的时光。工作人员非常友善和乐于助人。酒店非常干净卫生，真正关心住客。我强烈推荐大家入住这里。

房间大小合适，干净卫生。浴室大小合适，干净卫生，印度素食很棒。早餐有不错的选择。可爱友好的问候员工。特别是值班经理 Sharn Ghale 先生，是一位很好的主人。可爱的商务酒店位于市中心。
