We stayed three nights at this B&B in the Bridget Sullivan room. Although, our tour with Nicole was stellar, I can't say the same for our overall experience at this B&B! The house should not describe itself as a B&B because it is neither! Breakfast was not included in our $260.00 night stay (the charge is $20 per person for a meager fare we had to share with other guests and prepared by teenagers!) and we could only stay in our room from 430p - 1030a. Aside from this timeframe, the room we paid $260.00 a night was also reserved for tours (double dipping at its best)! The business model for the House is faulty. It is almost like the B&B part was an afterthought. It quickly became apparent on our first day at the House that the analytics weren't properly thought through. We ended up checking out a day early due to the huge inconvenience our stay had become. The following are the outstanding issues relative to our stay: 1. Noise after midnight - Against policy, guests are walking thru the house well after hours (1100p "Quiet time") interrupting our sleep. 2. Guests smoking pot - We smelled pot on the Thursday night of our stay. 3. Shared bathroom - Our sleep was interrupted by Guests using the bathroom outside our room at all hours of the night. 4. No Room Security- There is no key to lock the door of our room. Tours were held throughout the day and strangers were allowed to enter our room while our personal belongings were present. I called and spoke to someone at Ghost Adventures about this issue and was told to "take our stuff with us when we left the room" during the day! It is wholly unreasonable to suggest we take our HAND LUGGAGE with us once we leave the room. (Refer to picture of how our personal belongings were handled by the staff)! 5. Tours - Tours run all day and we were not allowed access to our room and house during this time. Tours run for six hours (1030a - 430p). To be asked to refrain from entering the premises all day is wholly unacceptable! We couldn't even use the bathroom at the house during this time! We paid $260.00 a night for our room and had to spend a few hours SITTING IN OUR CAR if we returned early from a day out to accommodate the tour schedule! 6. No Dedicated Night Staff - There's no one available to monitor guests or recieve Guests after 5:30p. 7. Parking - paid guests are required to find metered parking on the street when tour guests are in the house. The parking lot only offer seven parking spots. tour guests, and not the hotel guests should park on the street. On our last day at the house, we returned exhausted from a forced day out (we sat in our car for an hour). We entered the code and entered the building only to be LOUDLY reprimanded by a tour woman with short red hair. She yelled that we could not enter the premises because a tour was going on. The time was 4:40p and the policy states that tours are from 1030a - 430p (refer to attached policy). We told her we were tired of sitting in our ca

Great tour. Loved our overnight stay. We stayed in the Andrew and Abby suite. It's spacious with the only private bathroom. Comfortable beds. We didnt have breakfast so cant comment on that. My husband left his rain jacket and the very helpful staff took care to mail it to us aftwr I messaged! Awesome on their part. ONLY constructive criticism I have is the parking area is very small and in my opinion perhaps staff and extra guests (ex dinner) could park in the street to allow guests with luggage easier access to the house. We also couldn't find on the meters that parking is free in the evenings so perhaps include that info in the check in instructions. Overall loved it and greatly appreciate the staff! Would stay again!

Ok wow! We decided to take a slight detour on our way to the Cape. At first we were a bit apprensive as it seemed excessively macabre, but out curiosity won the day. Our guide Elaina , was just fantastic. She mixed wink wink humor in with pure facts. We learned so much about the murders, trial, evidence and subsequent history, all the while leaving us to form our own options about the murders. Brillianly done Elaina. Thanks for a very memorable experience!
