I wish I had known at the time of booking that the restaurant was closed, the bar was closing, and the store was decimated. I chose this hotel for its amenities, despite the fact that it was further from my appointment. Please update the website to include this information so other travelers are not surprised as well.

They have closed the restaurant, the store is decimated of food items, and the bar is closing. Plan on going out to dine. Otherwise the hotel is nice, well kept, clean, and safe.

Unfortunately this visit, I encountered several bugs in the room I was originally assigned, two small roaches and something bigger and unidentifiable in the tub.
On that issue alone I asked the desk people and called the general manager and have yet to receive any compensation or real apology as I ended up changing rooms shortly before midnight my firat night there.
My other issue was the breakfast was awful. There were no real enjoyable edible options.
I was told that the hotel would be closing in November for upgrades and thats kinda what it felt like, no money spent on edible food choices, limited service and a kinda of lets just get to the shutdown date and then we out attitude.
I likely will not be back even after the renovations.
In the meantime consider your choices for future hotwl stays.
Disappointed!!!

My coffee machine had milk in it from the last guess and I went to turn on the machine and sour milk went everywhere smh the smell in this room right now horrible

My overall experience was terrible here!! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. My money was taken out of my account not once but twice and had a hard time getting my money back!!

I liked how spacious and well-kept my room was. The hotel was very quiet. I enjoyed the free breakfast, business center and outdoor seating area. The staff were very helpful! I will return if I'm in the area!

A Peaceful Stay
The Hyatt Place Augusta was exceptionally nice. It was very clean. It was welcoming. And It was accommodating. Our overnight stay gave was a Peaceful Night.

每次来奥古斯塔都住这里，停车方便，对面就有个餐厅吃汉堡的！房间很宽敞，有个转角大沙发。有个健身房还有游泳池，工作之余还可以健健身👍
位置ok，在Augusta town附近，开车10分钟内可到Target, 附近有食肆
酒店停车场位置充足，但不如介绍说有充电位，开电车的还是要出去充电，驾车10分钟内有几个快充站
前台服务一般，存在乱收费情况，大堂经理Joe比较奇怪，虽然乐天，但是服务很一般
