Member recognition and clear guidance regarding hotel facilities, including the coffee machine on the 3rd floor, are basic service standards that should always be delivered consistently. Your feedback has been taken seriously, and we will reinforce proper procedures with our Front Desk team.We also regret that the breakfast area felt crowded and disorganized. During peak hours, especially when tour groups are present, the restaurant can become busy; however, this should not negatively impact the guest experience. We will continue reviewing our crowd flow management and operational procedures to improve the environment.Regarding the accommodation tax, this is a local Osaka prefectural regulation and is collected separately from the room rate either at check-in or during the stay. If the explanation was unclear, we sincerely apologize for the lack of proper communication.As for navigation from Honmachi Station, the closest exit is Exit 13. 设施：设施齐全，楼里还有贩卖机，微波炉，制冰机，吸烟室等。洗浴设施先进
卫生：干净整洁
环境：酒店内部外部环境都不错，清净，隔音好，床品舒适，空调冷气足
服务：很好，基本都满足，很耐心，前台有中文服务。
早餐再丰富一些就更好了，不过日式西式都有了
为什么给我们14楼，而且住了3天就我们一户是🇨🇳，连个行李箱都打不开的房间，服务也没有东京假日热情，明明是ihg会员，出示会员卡也不登记，也不指引3楼有咖啡机使用，2楼的早餐秩序混乱，入住当天就要付离店住宿税。本町车站出入口导航一点不准，偏偏从9号口出来，去心斋桥市场里绕一圈，🍎导航也是到达当天失灵了，还是从酒店走路去大阪苹果店请店员帮忙搞定的，某书上说最近谷谷地图有此失灵症状，有旅行团入住这家酒店。
第二次入住的酒店，不能跟国内的房间大小比，在日本已经非常可以的价格跟大小。离地铁站特别近，心斋桥、难波都路可到，梅田坐地铁2站路，去京都电车也特别方便，是大阪的CBD。周边吃的很多，还有几家特别喜欢的拉面店，去大阪，还是会首选的酒店。
房间虽小但很干净，一大一小住刚刚好。离地铁站比较近，心斋桥也在附近，逛街很方便。因为非常时期酒店客人不是很多，我们是晚上的班机，给了延迟退房的福利。

酒店房间很舒服，景色优美，出门方便，楼下转弯就是本町站，到心斋桥走路15分钟。酒店周边的吃的也很多，存了箱子，很友好。
前台有位台北小姑娘服务非常热情周到，不会日语亲友们入住非常丝滑，房间里空气质量和卫生非常干净，自助餐厅非常丰盛，特别是日式纳豆和小菜非常👍棒👍👍
房间很干净，卫生间干湿分离，卫生打扫的很不错，周围闹市区有点吵，但是还能接受，房间很小小到打不开行李箱，早餐一般。整体性价比高，所以给五星。
第二次利用了，酒店位置很好，服务不错，早餐是酒店免费的，不需要在预订时添加早餐（收费早餐），订了房间就自动赠送早餐了，携程不提醒的。房间舒适，会继续利用
我已经住过好几次了，每次来大阪都会选这里。这次是为了去看世博会才住的。去梦洲可以直达，不用换乘，特别方便。酒店里住的外国人很多。早餐算不上豪华，但也足够了。从离酒店最近的本町站出口出来，沿途只有一家星巴克，没有便利店。地铁站里倒是有全家和7-11，但只在工作日营业，有点不方便。周围一眼看过去也没什么餐厅，感觉就是个干净整洁的商务区。世博会期间的灯光秀非常漂亮。
