入住时间比app上显示晚了一个小时，让我们等了很久。退房时间也比约定早了一个小时。房间卫生很差，打扫人员从早上9点就开始敲门打扰我们了。

前台服务太差
如果只是用来睡觉的话，倒是没什么问题，但我住的房间没有吹风机、护发素、沐浴露，只有普通的洗发水。淋浴间的门关不严，担心会漏水。床单也有点异味，不过习惯了就没事了。
糟糕透了，打不开门，毛巾很脏，灯也不亮！
