第二次住这里了,主要是离客户公司近。因为是假日所以全程自助入住。走廊有免费咖啡机,自己可以做咖啡。
每个房间都有自己的名字,不是按数字排的,门是密码锁,密码是通过邮件发来的。进酒店大门也是这个密码。
只能说这个酒店很差,房间在三楼,需要自己扛着行李上去,周日到了没有人接待,自己输入邮件地址后拿密码开锁,房间还无法内锁。三楼价格贵的离谱,RMB1600多,冰箱还发霉,没有空调。吹风机上把手粘糊糊的,还有毛发在上面。
关于停车有点小误会。我们以为预订的房间包含停车位,但入住须知上写着停车费是50丹麦克朗。最后我们选择停在酒店前的公共停车场。倒也没什么大问题,只是给原本顺利的入住体验增添了一丝瑕疵。
以前来过,非常满意。
这和我们之前住的酒店不一样。开门简直是灾难。天黑后很难输入密码。预订前最好能知道餐厅已经关门了——这不太明智。
浴室里有2条毛巾和4条浴巾。没有浴垫,也没有洗手的小毛巾。
所以我们不会再来了……😢
我们不会推荐这家酒店给其他人。
完全没有服务,根本联系不上任何人。
两个窗框上都有很多黑色的霉菌,这对我影响很大。根本没办法跟任何人商量换房间的事。
洗手池的水龙头在你进入浴室20厘米或上厕所时会自动打开。浪费水,也没有冷热水调节,只能按“标准”操作。
门禁密码仅在下午3点生效。
NETTO旁边的停车位很难找。我问了一位坐在广场长椅上的老人,他补充说,没有客人能找到酒店的停车位。
早餐的面包超级干,像小面包一样,切开就碎了。街对面还有一家很棒的面包店,面包很好吃。
我们只遇到了一位负责自助早餐的女士,她很生气,什么也回答不了。
噪音非常大,连别人上厕所、洗澡的声音都能听得一清二楚,而且这一切从早上五点就开始了。电视机挂在离床很远的墙上。用钥匙开门也不容易。
公寓不错。
但很多地方都没打扫干净。浴缸旁的马桶显然是上次客人用完后没清理过的。很多地方都有灰尘和蜘蛛网。没有暖气,所以很冷。
风景优美的格罗斯滕 (Gråsten) 景色绝佳
我们住在酒店的附楼,并在那里租了一套公寓。地理位置优越,可以欣赏到城堡湖和美丽的格罗斯滕城堡的景色。公寓设施齐全,适合长期入住。公寓干净整洁,但位于三楼,需要爬很多楼梯。
地板总是不干净,聪明的停车条件描述不够周到,很不充分,餐厅里的广告广播让人难以忍受,考虑到当时是早上,灯光太亮了,工作人员无法接受调暗灯光
没有专人接待。难以理解。我和其他有同样经历的客人聊过。看起来非常破旧。电视/遥控器跟电视不兼容。联系不到人。本来以为能找个舒适的地方坐坐,喝杯咖啡或啤酒。
