Bed wasn’t made well. All drinking glasses had finger prints all over them. Had no coffee mug for the coffee machine. For $190 a night, I expected much higher service than a common motel off the highway.

Loved this Inn! Rooms were appointed with modern furnishings but still warm and comfortable! Restaurant was beautiful and food was excellent!

Staff was wonderful! Room clean, spacious.easy parking. The front desk girl was so nice accommodating the kids. This is greatly appreciated.

湖景体验非常棒
酒店地理位置优越，餐饮和服务都很好。但千万别通过Trip.com预订，他们说Trip.com会盗用其他公司的名义，提供优惠价格，但你预订的所谓高级房型其实根本达不到相应的品质。酒店建议我们不要再通过Trip.com预订，这样住客和酒店都不会再遇到这些问题，而且Trip.com也不会再接到英文投诉电话。
员工服务很棒。房间看起来像是临时搭建的，布局不合理，光线昏暗，座位选择也很少。桑拿不错，但泳池几乎没人去。整个区域都让人提不起兴趣。
餐厅还可以，但步行5分钟即可到达的另一家度假村的食物更好。
整个酒店都需要彻底清洁，尤其是走廊地毯和我们房间家具后面/下面的区域。酒店氛围别致，略带破旧感，但破旧感略多于时尚感。不过，湖畔景色绝对令人叹为观止！员工热情友好，乐于助人。尽管酒店整体氛围充满英式乡村风情，但拥有绝美日落景致的酒吧却播放着美国乡村音乐，与酒店的顾客群体格格不入。
清洁程度令人质疑，因为我们入住时地毯上有一块放了很久的奇多薯片，而且由于湿度较高，房间里有点下水道的味道。不过，工作人员很友好，他们派了维修人员来吸尘地毯。
克里斯蒂酒店规模很大，设施齐全，这在服务设施匮乏的塞文港小镇实属难得。入住体验愉快，员工也很友好。
这次旅行体验很棒，对我们一家人来说是一次轻松宁静的度假，我们一定会再来的😘
