酒店回复: Oui, Chalets Lanaudière est situé sur le vaste domaine appartenant au Camp Mariste. Les deux entreprises se partagent le grand territoire qui s’étend sur 5 km de long par environ 2 km de large en pleine nature. Nous avons trois secteurs dont un secteur qui est exclusivement réservé en période estivale pour le camp de vacances du Camp Mariste. Ce secteur est situé à 1 km du chalet que vous aviez loué. Il est vrai que pendant la journée selon la direction du vent, il arrive d’entendre au loin les enfants qui chantent et s’amusent, mais le tout cesse à partir de 21h00, puisqu’ils ont un couvre-feu. Après vérification auprès des responsables du Camp Mariste, pour les gens que vous avez aperçus sauter sur le site où il y avait jadis une plate-forme, qui a été enlevée il y a quelques années et remplacée par une affiche indiquant interdit de sauter, il ne s’agissait pas d’un groupe provenant du Camp, puisqu’aucun groupe n’est autorisé à se rendre à cet endroit interdit depuis, il s’agissait d’un groupe ayant loué un chalet. Finalement, pour le groupe d’adolescents qui est passé par le Parc Morgan avec leur radio, j’ai eu la confirmation, qu’il s’agissait d’un groupe scolaire de 12 ans qui passaient par le parc Morgan pour se rendre à une cascade qui se situe plus loin dans la forêt. En terminant, malgré ces événements pendant votre séjour, nous espérons que vous avez tout de même profitez des installations (canots, kayaks, pédalos, baignade au lac, randonnée pédestre, piste d’hébertisme, etc.). Comme je vous l’ai mentionné lors de notre conversation au moment de votre départ, nous aurions aimé le savoir dès le début de votre séjour, nous aurions sûrement pu améliorer la situation. Sachez que c’est une priorité pour nous que tous nos clients passent un magnifique séjour. D’ailleurs, nous nous sommes toujours assurer que la cohabitation des deux entreprises se fassent dans le respect de tous les clients en chalet qui séjournent sur place. Cordialement
