房间超级大，客厅也很大，还有餐餐，整体感觉还不错，性价比超高的，早餐也还可以，在中心城区，出入方便

房间很宽敞，工作人员也非常友善。不过酒店里有点淡淡的烟味或者旧家具的味道。总的来说还是很不错的！

早餐很棒。位置还行，但要去对面的商场就得打车。房间隔音不太好，楼上噪音也比较多。
对酒店的服务非常失望。我们提前通过App和电话确认了蜜月布置，但入住时房间里没有任何装饰，而且还被安排到了一间连通房。向客服反映后，回复也毫无帮助——直到第二天早上吃早餐的时候才来布置，这完全破坏了我们的浪漫时刻。
对于一家五星级酒店来说，这里的服务感觉更像是三星级。员工不友好也不乐于助人。唯一的优点是地理位置优越，可以欣赏城市景观。
不推荐入住，尤其不适合特殊场合。
可以不错，环境还行
和丈夫在这里度过了我们的“蜜月2.0”。服务非常棒，员工都非常友好和乐于助人。酒店很漂亮！电梯旁边有一个小型艺术博物馆，酒店里还有各种各样的餐厅。
设施虽然有点旧，但经过翻新后，感觉比他们家的ARTOTEL Gelora新。Gelora那边的泳池更好，但这边有健身房。考虑到价格差不多，我可能会选这家。
工作人员友好又乐于助人。房间很干净。景色不错。
