Can't fault the hotel. Lovely staff, convenient hotel, nice bar. Room was perfect for our one night stay. Only criticism is why only one pillow.

It has been very unusual for complaints of the cold, during this very hot August, but had we been told at the time, we would happily have provided an individual heater for the room. We would advise contacting any accommodation adviser in advance to discuss mobility issues to ensure the most suitable room is allocated.

Car park problems
This hotel is nicely placed on the seafront, the rooms are excellent and the on-suit bathroom was very well appointed with nice clean crisp white towels. The hotel described free parking which it is just at the back of the hotel, unfortunately it is also a public car park so spaces are limited on warm sunny days, so we hade to drive and park elsewhere, it would have been better if the description had stated this as it was a major factor in choosing this hotel.

The council-owned carpark directly backing on to the hotel is free to use and can accommodate in excess of a 100 vehicles. Whilst it can get busy at peak holiday times, there is a fast turnover and spaces are becoming available all of the time. However, if guests are experiencing difficulties, we would suggest they contact the Reception desk and we will do all we can to assist. There is alternative free parking in the park which is a 2-minute walk away.
