Nice front desk staff. We were disappointed because the pool was closed and we weren’t aware. But, we would have booked regardless.

My favorit hotel. It has a beautiful, well maintained pool and hot tub. The views from the dining room are spectacular. It is quiet and we have always had good interactions with the staff. It is clean and well kept but the broken lock on the back door is worrisome and the faucet in the batroom was plumbef backward, thus a slighty downgrade

The trip was fine. The only drawback was the beds were not comfortable. Other than that everything else was great. Excellent service excellent staff the beds were a drawback.

Check in was a confusing mess. Nick kept trying to tell me I reserved room with two queen beds. I showed him my confirmation of a king bed. He finally admitted that the reservation probably got changed due to over booking. I told him that wasn't acceptable. He then spoke to his "manager" and mysteriously a king room became available. I travel a lot and probably will avoid staying with Best Western in the future.

The staff was super friendly and helpful with suggestions for dining. Easy walk to multiple eating places. The renovated rooms are very nice. Loved the shower and the fire table outside.

酒店位于Enterprise城边山上，正对雪山风景，前台给我们正门面雪山的房间，推窗见景，早餐厅也是风景秀丽，早餐比BESTERNWEST PLUS略差一些，但是风光好！此地最好的酒店！
工作人员非常友好，酒店位置也很棒，在一个很美的区域！早餐补给得很快，每隔几分钟就看到工作人员在补充。有次看到他们为了几位客人特地烹制新鲜的鸡蛋和香肠，那时早餐区再过几分钟就要关闭了。我们很快会再来的！
