For this reason, we provided a portable cooler during your stay. There is also a control on the device and a remote control that allows you to turn off the lights.At that time, you requested a complimentary upgrade to a triple room; unfortunately, we did not have any available. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered you dinner at our Korean Restaurant, but you preferred to dine at our rooftop Sky Lounge, which we agreed to, although the booking was later missed.Your reservation was for two nights, and during your stay, our housekeeping staff could not clean your room because the door was double-locked. 地理位置优越,前台服务热情。停车便利,周围设施齐全。UB首选酒店。性价比合适。早餐丰富口感非常不错。
蒙古的同事推荐的酒店,性价比比较高,比隔壁的酒店价格便宜,但是质量也更好!!蒙古12月太太太冷了瑟瑟发抖!!
酒店地理位置绝佳。房间很棒,能看到城市美景。早餐是丰盛的自助餐。有泳池和桑拿,这点特别惊喜。非常推荐。
虽然这里位置很好,每次来都会住,但每次住都会觉得有些遗憾。希望食物和卫生状况能有所改善。
房间温度超过31度,热得我试图调低空调,但完全不起作用。向前台确认后,得知空调是集中控制的,无法调节。当我告诉他们房间太热时,他们却说“请把窗户打开”。然而窗户很小,外面又冷,房间却一直很热,我度过了一个非常不舒服的夜晚。
此外,当我往浴缸里放水时,水竟然明显浑浊发黄,这让我很震惊。看到其他住客也有类似的反馈,我想提醒未来入住的客人最好有个心理准备。更糟糕的是,吹风机风力很弱,水压也很小,实在称不上舒适。
虽然我没有住过蒙古其他酒店,无法进行比较,但作为一家号称“高档”的酒店,无论是设施还是服务都让我非常失望。唯一值得称赞的是酒店位置很好,离主要景点很近。
房间卫生不做,洗漱用品不摆放,拖鞋也是坏的,酒店空调也是坏的,弄两个风扇晚上似发动力,像迪厅一样不停的闪!一晚没有睡,想退掉第三天的住宿,还不同意,1680元一间房,让我直接损失!!!垃圾的酒店,垃圾的服务,携程的不作为,让人真心累!

本次吐槽只针对这家酒店 唯一优势只有位置 酒店价格在国内随随便便住真五星级酒店 而这家是挂五星的四星级酒店 设施老旧乏善可陈。因为位置已经来住过不下五六次 也算消费了数万元房费和消费 最可气的今天离店退房时说我消费了minibar酒水 然而这是欺诈 根本就没有 我声明之后前台说也许搞错了我可以离开了 离开后在机场路上收到信用卡扣款相当于人民币70多元的通知…这是欺诈 我不知道是谁消费的 是客房服务员还是其他人反正不是我 又或许是别的客人消费了她们漏查了转嫁到我身上 实在可耻 拜拜了以后不会去他家住了 也奉劝同胞们尽可能不要去这家住宿 不可理喻
房间不错,大气且干净,主要是在乌兰巴托的最后一天,怎么也得享受一下当地地标建筑的住宿怎么样不是?钱花到位,服务确实不错!楼层高,景色也不错!上传两张窗外景色吧
开房的时候给错房间,半夜服务员突然刷卡进来,第二天早上又出现服务人员不敲门,直接刷卡进房间的情况。房间又老!第一次到乌兰巴托,体验感非常差!建议大家避坑!真实评价!
