酒店回复: Absolutly NOT TRUEIt clearly states on ******* that check in is between 4 pm and 7 pm. Yoiu then recieved 2 emails again saying check in was between 4 pm and 7 pm! After 7 pm we called you you were in a bar or restaurant in Halifax and would get here till 10pm. We told you that wouldnt be possible and to find alternative accomadation in Halifax especially as you obviously had been drinking. You then called ******* and compained to them. They told you the same thing check in was betwee 4 pm and 7 pm and you would be charged for the room.I am supprised ******* let someone put something on line about our inn when you didnt evewn stay here.By the way it was me on the phone and I am the owner and no one was screaming I was in a restaurant having my dinner when dealing with you.Why is it that you think the rules dont apply to you and when it doesn't go your way you complain when the resposibility is 100% yours?
我们于2025年8月入住了一晚。房东非常热情友好。环境优美。我特别喜欢露台和餐厅。早餐非常精致。
温馨提示：由于建筑年代久远，虽然房间内装有空调，但并没有空调。我们的房间在四楼，非常舒适。幸好我们行李不多。周边的商店工作日下午5点左右关门，旅游景点也因装修而关闭。步行即可到达几家餐厅。
感谢房东的热情款待。
我们提前15分钟到达，被告知要在停车场或花园里等着，顶着烈日。空调旋钮控制器被拆了，被告知空调开到最大了。外面35度，等了两个小时才凉快下来，结果抱怨说不制冷。我们不得不费力地修空调，还打电话给*******帮忙换房间，但毫无效果。
这是一栋老建筑，但内部维护得很好。楼梯有点窄，但这是一栋老建筑。建筑风格很美。老板非常热情好客。谢谢，很棒的体验。
令人难以置信的地方。热情的主人。盛大的欢迎仪式。

这家旅馆宣传是旅馆，但并非提供全套服务的旅馆。我们没注意到晚上7点的入住截止时间。我接到一个愤怒的电话，说“入住截止了，我们得另找住处”。整个过程中，经理对我们大喊大叫，还挂了两次电话。经理急着要去别的地方。我们联系了*******的旅行社，但经理拒绝与*******合作，也拒绝退款。最后我们不得不另找酒店，并额外支付了费用。真是糟糕的体验！
粗鲁又不讲理的房东！
最让人失望的是，房东竟然不让我们在晚上7点后入住。虽然他们住在同一个地方，但我打电话问他们能不能把7点改到8点或9点入住，他们却说不行，因为那个时候他们正在吃晚饭，他们不想为了晚点入住而耽误了晚餐，让我们去外面玩。游客不都是这样吗？他们拒绝了，然后就挂断了我的电话。太粗鲁了！！！
