We enjoyed our recent stay at Country Squire. Everything was clean, linens and pillows were fantastic. Smart TV was enjoyed. The vouchers for breakfast at the diner next door were appreciated, the food there was delicious. Maybe the best French toast I’ve ever had.

Staff is rude. Front desk (male) advised me to go back to Russia( thinking that he knows accents) after I offered my honest opinion of my stay. It is a roadside MOTEL, using cheap polyester shower liner quality beddings. Advertising “full breakfast” for which they are offering a coupon worth $12. Prices in the diner next door way higher and no healthy options. I had been served stale muffin, server announced that they are baking once a week. My coffee was just a coffee flavored hot water.

酒店回复: I am truly sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay however nothing in your review is accurate. Our staff would never speak that way to a guest, we get compliments all the time on how friendly our staff is. Our sheets are a very soft micro-fiber, they in no way resemble a shower liner. We do not advertise "full breakfast", 3rd party booking sites do, we try to be very clear about what we offer and the majority of our guests love the breakfast. There are many items on the menu that are under the $12 voucher and most guests don't mind if they go a little bit over since they are getting a hot, made to order breakfast rather than a cafeteria style continental breakfast. The café has a whole section featuring fresh, healthy options and they bake on site daily not once a week.

This was a voucher to use at a local restaurant. The breakfast there was really good, service was good. And with the voucher price was greatly reduced.

Really nice and clean. Breakfast voucher was great to have for the very convenient restaurant next door. Wish there were more than 1 outlet near the bed, but not a huge issue.
