Absolutely loved my stay,The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless and cozy, and the location was perfect. Location was fair but there was no swimming pool as mentioned it's under renovation and no refrigerator in room food was excellent room service was ok as they take longer than expected

Break fast is not good kindly not include in your package .There is 2 seprate metters in 1 bed it's quite uncomfortable .water is yellowish in bathroom it's look like dirty water uncomfortable to take bath.staff is very cooperative this is positive sign for hotel.

Location is very good .
But there is need of improvement in basic amenities like tea and there was also not proper cleaning.
Clothes and materials were not sophisticated.

Hotel is located at convenient place near naki lake (1 km. Its a heritage hotel. Have a grand look and beautiful garden. Staff is very cooperative. Food is also very good. Good parking space. Overall a very nice stay.
