My wife and I stopped overnight at L’Ours. The room was nice but the en-suite needed more attention and came across cheap. We also thought the breakfast was overpriced considering what was offered compared to comparable hotels. Also it’s worth noting that you can’t book in until 4.30pm when the hotel is unlocked.

Good communications by telephone and email to obtain information and make booking. Friendly welcome by the young owners. Very comfortable large bed in the room we booked, with balcony looking onto pleasant garden and hills. Room and shower room were immaculately clean. Wifi worked well for us. I think they have a different livebox for each floor. No lift but there are only two floors, and the staircase is wide. Excellent breakfast. Hotel restaurant was shut because our stay was in between the winter and summer seasons but the Gouaillardeu bar/restaurant is very close with a great menu of classic local dishes, open fireplace, busy with locals even on a Sunday evening. We had lunch there with friends and came back for something lighter in the evening.

Je dirais plutot chambre à louer et non hotel. Pas de service en chambre. Au petit dejeuner, (9E / pers), pas de croissant, gateau industriel et baguette; personne pour le service, par contre le propriétaire est sur les starting block pour vous réprimander si vous ne debarasser pas votre plateau. Hotel ou Location, toute la nuance est là. Pour le soir je recommande le retaurant juste en face, style contemporain avec une ambiance tres agreable. Pour le ski, l'Ours estTrop loin des pistes.

酒店回复: Très chère madame, Nous pensons sincèrement que vous n étiez pas à votre place dans notre hôtel familial convivial, vous préférez de toute évidence les hôtels informels, et nous le comprenons. La cuisine maison a tendence biologique et locale ne vous convennez pas, vous avez même dit que le pain au maïs était du pain "moisi, vu la couleur jaune". Nous ne rentrons pas dans votre intimité de chambre avec l épidémie pour ne pas transmettre de virus de chambre en chambre. Vous avez été des hôtes fort désagréables, mais nous comprenons que nous ne pouvons pas plaire à tout le monde. Sincèrement

酒店很舒适，热情好客，但早餐品种不多，有些客人必须在上午10点退房，有些客人则要在上午10:30退房！令人惊讶的是，竟然没有提前通知！
