My elderly mum and I enjoyed our four night stay at Premier Inn Aldershot in a spacious twin room with extra comfy beds and an opening window for fresh air, with tree views. The large bathroom was clean and modern. There was plenty of light and mirrors and heavy curtains to close at night to sleep. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for renovations but we went next door to Tesco and had a lovely breakfast at the cafe every morning. There were a variety of restaurants in walking distance to have dinner when needed.

The room was fine but does need updating a bit The staff were lovely. Especially Paula at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble Only dropped a star as there is no EV Charging.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Paula in the dining hall. Check out and check in was smooth with no problems. We found the hotel ok; however we were not pleased with the standard of the room. The radiator was rusted and the walls close to the bathroom were peeled off. In the middle of the night on our second night the radiator randomly increased heating to 27 degrees even though we had set it to 22 degrees. The dining hall and corridors were all clean and tidy. Getting around was ok- we had disabled parking.

We love a Premier Inn. You always know exactly what you’re getting. It’s clean. It’s dark (thanks to the blackout curtains) the beds and bedding are always perfect. My husband and I stay at the Premier Inn in Aldershot when we visit family. The Staff are lovely. We stayed on Christmas Day (night) 2025 This was our first time staying there since the Restaurant reservations. Breakfast on Boxing Day was perfect. Exceptional. Everything was cooked fresh to perfection. And PAULA looked after everyone like we were Guests in her home. Such a lovely lady. Thank You, Premier Inn Aldershot - our home from home.

We went in looking to print some documents and the lovely staff helped us as we were unable to find anywhere else in Aldershot. Excellent service 😊
