The hotel is tired and dirty. The Restaurant adjacent know as the Social is awful. Slow service. Food was terrible Unhelpful staff Unbelievably poor. I would not recommend to anyone.

Generally an ok stay. It was unfortunate that the PremPlus rooms weren’t ready with their WiFi yet, and so on arrival we were straight away let down to know we’d have to move to a standard room. Being two other gents we were hoping for a larger bed, so being in the standard double was a bit cramped and sacrificed some sleep quality but we were given complimentary breakfast and high speed wifi for the room to apologise for the inconvenience. Breakfast was good; decent selection of cold and hot food - usual standard for Premier Inn. Celeste the receptionist was amazing and did everything she could to compensate us for our inconvenience and so she does deserve a special mention. Overall, the stay I would expect from a Premier Inn although there were a few bumps in the road, we navigated these with Celeste effectively. Would I stay with Premier Inn again? Of course, but I’d doublecheck their room availability over the phone before booking.

We were booked in for a business event from the 2nd Feb to the 5th Feb 2026, 3 rooms. Rooms were booked on 12th Feb 2025! We received an email cancelling all our rooms just 3 days before our booking, due to refurbishment works. The fact we had booked a year in advance and know of others who's stay was NOT cancelled even though they booked far more recently was shocking. We got an email, no phone call. We phoned the customer services office and we're promised a call back which never came. After booking for this event for many years in a row, this was absolutely appalling service.

Rooms are in 3 separate buildings on ground and first floor. No lift. Electric heating in rooms but no air con. Restaurant dealt with allergies well. There are limited gluten free options on the dinner menu, but this was okay for us. At breakfast they had sachets of Schar gluten free muesli (hooray!) and provided gluten free toast. Beds very comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed for a work trip and had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very kind, friendly and accommodating. Nice breakfast too!
马桶松动。水槽和淋浴排水不畅。马桶冲水不畅。水槽破裂。踢脚板全部断裂。房间有股潮湿的味道。WiFi 10 分钟后停止工作。非常吵,直到凌晨 1 点。噪音在凌晨 5 点再次出现!住过几家顶级酒店,没有问题,但避开了这家。性价比不高!不过工作人员很可爱
房间宽敞干净,浴室非常舒适,浴室设施很新,无线网络很棒,床边有USB插座,窗户可以看到全景,工作人员非常友善。有可能享用一顿美味的传统早餐,但由于时间限制我无法享用
