Pool and hot tub area are very dirty. Hot tub does not work and the water temp was not very hot. People smoking in pool area so our rokms filled with smoke. Our rooms overlooked the pool and didnt have any outside windows. We werent told about this so it was very disappointing having to keep my windows closed.

One of the rooms had a dirty coffee pot with coffee grounds still in the filter basket. We lost power, not your fault but were told we would get a reduced rate. (we didnt). Need a generator in Wisconsin hotels. weather is unpredictable.

Was in a pinch needed a place for my family and I to stay visiting family. Not many choices but hotel just felt old tired and not well cared for. Was trying to sleep and the wife claimed a bug crawled on her shoulder. Won't be back.

I was out on the second floor and there was no elevator so I had to drag my suitcase up and down the stairs. The first room I was given had old food and garbage everywhere. The second room i was given wouldn't let you get could water out of the bathroom sink and the beds were pretty bad. Both of my kids felt sick after swimming in the pool. There were underage kids drinking in the back parking lot all night. I won't be returning.

Shower curtain didn't fit,water all over the floor,very noisy, hard to communicate with them.

This property was fine, not terrible but not good. Seems old and not well kept up. Our carpet in the room was sticky but the beds were fine. The grout between the tiles on the bathroom floor was crumbling. The front desk service was good.
