I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transport. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt relaxed and welcomed throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again

We were 200 hindi film music listeners who stayed here for three nights. Excellent banquet hall with music system. The food, mainly vegitarian, was excellent throughout. The rooms are well maintained and serviced. I must make mention of quality of staff. Everyone was chef, housekeeping to maintenance was courteous to the hilt. I would like to thank F&B team of Nikesh Mishra, Chef Sumit Biswas, Toofan Bari, Chef Taposh Ghosh, Chef Haradhan Das, Sujit Biswas, Navi Sheikh, Gajendra, Thamas, Priyanka, Jimi, Roslina, Vaishali AND Housekeeping team of Deepender Bujara, Zairul. Room not upto the mark. No value for money spent. The bathrooms had heavy calcification. The viewfrom balcony was very bad for room 116.
