The owner was always delightful to talk with and never without a smile. Everyone made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless and was the perfect fit for what we were looking for.

This little motel is truly a hidden gem. It is adorable and quaint. Some of the fixtures are quite old, but they've been so well maintained that the age adds to the charm. It was extremely clean and cozy and the staff was delightfully friendly. All for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

The room was spotless at arrival. The staff was helpful every step of the way. They made us feel very welcome. The motel is beautiful and has a perfect spot to watch the sunset.

I was totally pleased with the room. They have done an awesome job at renovating everything. I had plenty of room with a new smart TV. The management is wonderful to deal with.

The staff are friendly and helpful. It is an older property and it is well maintained. Nothing fancy, but perfectly suited to what we needed for the weekend. We will stay here again while our kid is studying at Fredonia!

College parents weekend stay
Very friendly owner, clean and quiet room. The owner obviously takes pride in his motel. It has an interesting history that he shared with us. It was not a super fancy place. Just a nice, comfortable and affordable motel not too far from our daughter’s college.

The room was very clean and the bed was ok, just a bit firmer than I like. It was very quiet even though my room was next to the highway. Westfield is a really pretty town with several restaurants and a Welch's grape factory tour nearby. It's also fairly close to Lake Chautauqua & Jamestown

The room was clean, however we had mosquitos and other bugs flying around in our room. We had a window AC unit, so I am assuming it wasn't sealed properly and that's how the bugs were getting in. Also, the AC unit was so loud that we were unable to get good sleep, but if you turned it off, then the room became very warm and muggy. We ended up getting up earlier than planned and left because we were unable to get any sleep
